These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases from Spryte, Maispracherstrasse 35, 4312 Magden, Switzerland ("Spryte", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Spryte Liquid Collagen is a pet supplement for cats and dogs. It is not a medicine. Spryte is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Ask your veterinarian before starting any supplement, especially if your pet takes medication, is pregnant or nursing, or has a health condition. Follow the directions on the label. Keep out of reach of children. Individual results vary.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We may correct errors in prices or product information and may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; if you were already charged, we'll refund you in full. A contract is formed when we ship your order.

3. Payment

Payment is processed at checkout by our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

4. Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel. You can skip, change or cancel anytime in your customer account or by emailing giroddenis.gmx.ch@icloud.com, with no cancellation fees.

5. Shipping, refunds and returns

Shipping and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy (60-day money-back guarantee), which form part of these terms.

6. Website content

Content on this site is for general information only and is not veterinary advice. All texts, images and logos are owned by or licensed to Spryte and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
