Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Cost: Shipping is free on all US orders.

Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time: After shipping, delivery usually takes 4–6 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays and in bad weather.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us at giroddenis.gmx.ch@icloud.com. We'll work with the carrier and, if the package can't be found, send a replacement or refund.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away – we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
